Where he works

Corporate magician in Monaco

Monaco is two markets wearing the same postcode. The corporate one, hospitality suites and client evenings around the show weeks, and the private one. This page is the first. The second has its own name and its own site, deliberately.

How pricing works

The corporate side

The weeks that fill the calendar

Corporate bookings here cluster around a few weeks: the Grand Prix in May, the yacht show in September, and the conferences that use the Grimaldi Forum. What a company books then is hospitality, not an event, and hospitality has a specific problem.

Your guests are in Monaco for something else. The racing, the boats, the conference. Whatever you put in front of them competes with the reason they came, and most entertainment loses. Close-up does not, because it happens in the eight square feet where your guest is already standing.

Where it goes

Three hospitality settings that work

  • A terrace or suite during a show week

Fifty guests coming and going across four hours, nobody staying put. A performer moving with the flow reaches all of them; one in a fixed position reaches whoever was near.

  • A client dinner in a hotel private room

The quieter version, and usually the more valuable one. Twenty people, one table, and an evening whose whole purpose is a set of relationships.

  • Aboard, alongside

Corporate hospitality on a chartered yacht in the harbour during a show week. Handled here rather than under the private brand when the guest list is a business one.

The brand boundary

When the answer is the other site

Planning a private ultra-luxury evening rather than a corporate one? The right booking is Millionaire Magician: the same performer under a different arrangement, an all-in package rather than a fee with travel on top.

Ask either way and you are pointed at the right one, including when that is not this one. Two brands quietly competing for the same booking would be worse for you than for him.

Questions worth asking before you book

What is the difference between this and Millionaire Magician?

The same performer, two segments. VIP Magician is corporate: a fee, with travel and accommodation quoted separately. Millionaire Magician is private ultra-luxury, booked all-in. If your guest list is a business one, you are on the right page.

Can he cover several days of a show week?

Yes, and it is the efficient way to book Monaco because the travel is already paid for. Consecutive days are quoted at a lower daily rate.

Does he perform in French?

No, in English or Dutch. Most corporate hospitality in Monaco runs in English, and mentalism travels further than close-up across a mixed room.

Rooms on the same circuit

A cross-section of the venues this work runs in. Not staged for the camera, and not lit for it either.

Which week

Send the week and roughly how many guests you are hosting. Show weeks go early, and accommodation goes earlier than the diary does.

Most enquiries are answered the same day.
