Who is responsible

This website is operated by Richard Stooker Productions, trading as VIP Magician, in the Netherlands. Questions about your data go to info@vipmagician.com or +31 6 14 67 40 92.

What the enquiry form collects

The enquiry form asks for your name and a way to reach you, and optionally your company, the date and city of your event, an indication of guest numbers, the format you have in mind, and anything you want to add in your own words. It collects nothing else, and there are no hidden fields beyond a single anti-spam check that is discarded immediately.

That information is used to answer you, to prepare a quote, and to run the booking if you go ahead. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing by anyone.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for two years, so that a returning organiser does not have to explain their event twice. Bookings are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires the underlying invoices to be. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted sooner and it will be.

Measurement and advertising

This site uses PostHog to understand how pages are used, which pages lead to enquiries, and where something is broken. It also records errors so they can be fixed. Where an advertising campaign is running, Google Ads conversion measurement records that an enquiry happened, so the spend can be judged honestly.

Both are configured for measurement rather than profiling, and neither is used to build an advertising profile of you across other websites.

Cookies and similar storage

Functional storage keeps the site working and remembers a campaign identifier when you arrive from an advertisement, so that an enquiry can be attributed to the campaign that produced it. Analytics storage is used for the measurement described above. Nothing on this site sells or shares your data with advertising networks for their own purposes.

You can clear this storage in your browser at any time. Doing so does not change what you see on the site.

Photographs and video at your event

Nothing is photographed, filmed or published from your event without your written consent. Where consent has been given, the material is used only on this site, on the linked social accounts, and in quotes to prospective clients. Consent can be withdrawn afterwards and the material comes down.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. A request by email is enough and it will be answered within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this statement

This statement was last updated on 20 August 2026. Where it changes materially, the date above changes with it.
